Yes, the cake! I´m sure you remember my last post about our inhability to bake a good cake. After researching a little bit we solved the problem with the temperature of the oven, setting it at 220º and it was perfect.

I would like to share it with you for a taste, but is not possible this time.

Congratulations, Eva! Your cake looks delicious!I think 220ºC is a too higt temperature for bakimg cake. This is best to roast meat. Does your oven indicate the temperature well?
